TCU Housing & Residence Life creates residential communities where students live, study, and build connections, with approximately 5,000 students living on campus.
On-campus housing includes options for first-year students and upper-division students. Upper-division housing is intended for sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students and may include more independent living styles such as apartments or suites.

Students looking to live off campus have access to a variety of university and community housing resources. TCU’s Off-Campus Housing Marketplace allows students to search available rentals near campus, while additional resources can help with roommates and local housing options.
TCU Announce is a resource for rental and roommate information; TCU Announce access is limited to current TCU students, faculty, and staff.
Tips for veteran and military-affiliated students
