Find Your Path at TCU
At TCU, veterans, active-duty service members, and military-affiliated students are welcomed into a community that values service, leadership and academic ambition. From the admissions process to campus visits and VA benefits support, TCU provides pathways to help prospective student veterans explore their options and take the next step toward becoming Horned Frogs.

Admissions
Veterans apply to TCU as transfer students, regardless of how many college credits they have completed. Applicants should submit an official military transcript and a final high school transcript. TCU also waives the application fee for veterans, and the military transcript is used both in the admission review and in the process for evaluating eligible tuition benefits after admission.

Benefits & Affordability
TCU participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program and offers strong support for veterans using Post‑9/11 GI Bill® benefits. Our VA Certifier will help to initiate the benefits process after admission, and our Understanding VA Benefits page will provide more information about Yellow Ribbon participation and financial-aid considerations.
Students with a 100% Post-9/11 GI Bill rating receive full tuition coverage at TCU.
